When you submit a quote request or contact Needle & Spark, we may receive your name, business or organization, email address, phone number, project details, quantity, sizes, due date, delivery preference, and artwork files.
How We Use It
We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, prepare pricing, plan production, complete an order, and provide customer service. We do not sell information submitted through the website.
Artwork Uploads
Artwork uploaded through the quote form is attached to the quote email. The theme removes its temporary web-server copy after the email process is completed. Copies may still remain in business email or project records when needed to respond to your request or complete an order.
Website Services And External Links
The website may use standard hosting, security, caching, email-delivery, or analytics services configured by the site owner. Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other websites are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
Your Choices
You may ask what contact information we have from a website request or ask that it be corrected or deleted when it is no longer needed for an active quote, order, legal requirement, or business record.
